Re-Opening Rental Procedures
Starting
Monday, June 29, 2020 at 50% capacity
New Field Rental Process:

Masks are required at all times and while inside the facility, in bathrooms and common areas but not while actively playing on the fields.

Reservations will be taken via phone and paid-in-full at the time of the reservation.

Limited spectators.
-
Spectators, guest, and non-participants are not allowed on the fields.

Participants and spectators must leave the facility immediately after their rental time has ended.

Each renter’s group MUST clean up before leaving the field.

Participants must bring their own equipment and not share with anyone.

Social distancing guidelines must be followed at all times.

Every participant MUST complete a Covid-19 Health check and Waiver form for each rental.

Facility rules & renal policy must be followed.

If you are sick, stay home.
We are taking precautions to safely re-open
What we are doing:

We have placed hand sanitizer dispensers throughout the facility.

We will be cleaning our restrooms more often and more deeply.
-
Social distancing measures will be enforced.
-
We have updated our rental procedures.

We encourage participants to bring their own equipment and not share with anyone.

We do not allow people to enter the facility without wearing a mask.

We have participant complete a Covid-19 Health check and Waiver form for each rental.
People may not enter the facility: If showing one of the following symptoms within the past 24 hours:

Fever
-
Cough
-
Shortness of Breath
-
Loss of taste and smell
-
You have been exposed to COVID-19 within the past 14 days.
Please Note: to abide by Total Soccer Arena facility & field rental rules, guidelines, and staff instructions may result in forfeiture of current rentals and without refund. Individuals, including spectators and guests, who fail to follow facility rules, guidelines, and staff instructions will be asked to leave. Failure to complete and provide the Health Check and Waiver form for a participant will result in that individual being asked to leave the property.
Facility Rental Policy and Rules

All Users must complete the Rental Agreement and sign a Renter’s Waiver.

To confirm a reservation, we require your contact information, a valid credit card number on file, a non-refundable deposit, and a signature on your rental contract.

The non-refundable deposit is equal to 50% of your reservations’ total and is applied towards your final balance. Your reservation will not be considered ‘reserved’ until a deposit and signed contract are received.

All reservations must be paid in full upon entering the fields or court.

For long-term reservations a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve an entire session. The remaining balance must be paid by the 3rd reserved date. If payment is not received before by 3rd reserved date, Total Soccer Arena retains the right to cancel the reservation/agreement and User forfeits all fees including deposits paid.

TSA reserves the right to cancel a rental at any time. Any rental found to be in violation of the rules stated will be subject to loss of any fees paid and shall be grounds for prohibiting future use of TSA’s facilities.

User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the TSA, its agents, and employees from and against any claims for damages to persons or property arising out of any use of the facility and its premises by User. The User does hereby assume all liability and responsibility for bodily injuries, claims, or suits for damages to persons or property of whatsoever kind or character, whether real or asserted, occurring in connection with the use of the facility or its premises by User, his or its agents, servants, employees, contractors or subcontractors. TSA assumes no responsibility for any property placed in or about the facility.
